Returns & Refunds policy
In RadiumCare, we aim at making sure that our customers get quality healthcare/skincare products and good shopping experience. In case you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
The acceptance of the returns is subject to the following conditions:
The product that is received is damaged, faulty, or wrong.
The products should be left in their original packaging, unused, and with all labels.
The return requests should be increased 48 hours after delivery.
Note: Since pharmaceutical and healthcare products are valuable items, no refund is accepted due to change of mind, taste, or preference.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
Send us your order number, product photos and the cause of the return.
Your request will be examined by our team in 24-48 hours.
We shall then have a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are done when one has inspected and approved the returned item.
The refunds will be made in the original mode of payment.
Processing time: 5 to 7 working days upon return clearance.
Any shipping cost is not reimbursable except when the return is because of our fault.
4. Replacement Policy
If applicable:
The damaged or faulty products can be replaced only.
Once the original product has been verified, a replacement will be sent.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not returnable:
Opened or used products
Temperature-sensitive items
Items that are bought under special offers (unless broken/defective)
Products that are not packed in their original container.
6. Order Cancellations
Pre-cancellation of orders is allowed. Once the order is shipped, it will not be able to be canceled. You can ask for a refund (if eligible).
